I became a member in September 2020. Due to lockdown I was only able to use for a few days. They kept debiting my account ever since every month. Asked them for refund several times and cancel or freeze the account and transfer my paid subscription for future months. Absolutely no one was ready to help. Being a student and 18 years old and working part time to earn some money how companies like these are profiting from hard pressed public when they are able to claim money from government under different Covid support schemes and still blame they're making loss due to shutting down. Just a scam to make more money.
Great gym but the changing rooms is too small !!!!! & not enough lockers when it’s busy

NOT BEING A FAN OF GYMS AS I FIND SOME OF THEM RATHER INTIMIDATING, ENERGIE IS A BREATH OF FRESH AIR!
THE PT ARE ALL REALLY FRIENDLY AND APPROCHABALE AND THE CLASSES HAVE BEEN HARD BUT FINE.
WOULD RECOMMENDED THIS TO ANY LADY OF MY AGE GROUP AS HAVENT FELT LIKE I SHOULDNT BE THERE OR THAT IM BEING JUDGED!

Good facilities, friendly staff. Majority of users wipe down machines after use, but plenty of wipes available for you to use
Super friendly local gym. Lovely staff and excellent equipment. Feels safe with lots of space. Sessions with PT Angelica were excellent too - can recommend

Staff and facilities are second to none. Extremely inviting atmosphere, especially for beginners. Its size also allows for individual sessions without interruption. Pricing is also extremely competitive, with quick and easy account setup and management through the app. The 24 hour opening, allows for great flexibility in terms of workout times, especially those with busy work schedules. Overall a superb gym, would wholly recommend to anyone in the area.
Terrible. They basically scammed me into paying more money after cancelling my membership. Avoid like the plague there are many alternatives.
I have been using this gym in wellingborough now for the last 4 weeks I feel
very supported by the staff , I suffer with Anxiety and Depression and I also
have a shoulder injury from a very bad fall 3 years ago.
I would fully rate this gym and the staff.

I really like the gym and the staff is super friendly. Probably best choice in Putney right now.
